It's too bright, especially when going in that direction. Vivid weather just looks the best with rudy. At least to me. I have a 6800 oc, and I usually get 50 to 70 fps. It is higher in more empty areas. Textures can hurt, too. I switched from 4k to 2k, and it made a huge difference in performance. I have 32 gb ram.
After you install the generic enb mod that isn't on nexus, drag and drop the contents of the Bjorn ENB NAT Preset folder, which you get from nexus, into your skyrim folder in the same place as your skyrim.exe.
