Powerbeats Pro Case not charging. I'm having charging issues with my Powerbeats Pro. Last night when trying to charge, one earbud indicated ~40% and the other ~55%, while the case indicated 1%. When plugged in, the light on the case would come on some of the time, but not consistently. First, if I place my beats in my case and close the case, they still remain connected to my iPhone, even when I have them connected to another device. The only way I can seem to disconnect them from the iPhone is turn off bluetooth (which I don't want to do). Someone mensioned it happened to them during flights, which make me think it’s a contraction-expansion issue. If the materials used in the device are not heat resistant, even the repetitive putting it in and out if your ear can make them rigid in the long run. My beats solo pros won’t go into pairing mode or factory restart. It’s completely charged so it can’t be a charging issue. I tried doing both my phone and laptop to see if the issue was my phone and not the beats. It did pair once, but it was on my sisters phone, however after that one pairing it would not work anymore.
