I play Conan since the first month of early access, and I know that the biggest spend of the game is capturing slaves, especially when it's been played for so long, but I find the slaves extremely sub-used, they stand like statues. I imagine those might be "workstations" for the game internally, so could be worth a try to see if the thrall workbench sends skins to those.
